It’s time to claim your active life. It’s time to workout with a plan and a purpose with a program designed for your specific needs, goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or an advanced lifter, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you live the most functional, intentional, and active lifestyle possible. Our coaches are Professionals, trained to help you effectively get out of pain, move with intention, and get real results that last.
The changes you are looking to make don't just stop with movement. That is why we look at the whole picture and provide services that help create and sustain the new lifestyle you are looking to claim.
If we are absolutely certain we can help you reach your goals, the next step is personal training with a professional on our staff. The first goal of personal training is to assess where you currently are so that we can make informed decisions to help you move closer towards your goals. We constantly revisit this step to ensure we are making progress!
As we continue through personal training, you'll be introduced to movements and habits you’ll start seeing in your individualized plan designed by the professional you are working with. We will also begin to address your specific needs and goals. By the end of this phase, you will have gained the confidence and competence to continue working through your plan with some autonomy, allowing you to move closer to reclaiming your active life.
By this time you’ll be ready to join our individualized group sessions with a plan designed by your professional. We'll continue to build on your competence and confidence to ascend from and develop even more autonomy with base movements and habits while enhancing your foundation of a more resilient mind and body. By the end of this phase, you'll have gained autonomy in foundational movements and habits as well as additional elevated skills, movements, and habits allowing you to move closer to reclaiming your active life. You will have gained further insight into the proper intensity of application of those movements and skills and are now working on mastering them.
We constantly revisit this step to ensure we are making progress! We take a look at where you were and how far you have come. At this point we either talk about new goals or you move into the next phase of taking this new lifestyle and continuing to make movement and health integrated with everyday lfe.
At this point in your journey, you'll now have the skills and habits learned from the previous phases, and be able to apply them to a pain-free and active life outside of the gym. This doesn’t mean you will not have been active outside of the gym until this point, but now you’ll be living your life without limits. You may have gotten back to playing with your grandkids without worrying about your back, but you haven’t been able to go on a long hike with the family yet. Maybe you feel comfortable playing basketball by yourself again, but you haven’t yet gained the confidence to participate in a pick-up game. If running or biking is your thing, maybe you’ve been able to run or bike for shorter distances, but not been able to hit the road like you used to. By the time we reach the end of this phase for your specific goals, not only are you reclaiming your active life safely, but now you’re doing it with confidence! This phase is ongoing and is where we see our clients doing activities they once believed they would never get back to doing, and they start setting brand new goals for themselves!

LIFT is a special place to me. It’s not your ordinary big box style gym. The focus is on you when you’re in attendance. I live a certain lifestyle (L in LIFT) that always has me on the go. The LIFT family holds me accountable to ensure I’m staying on track and hitting the goals I have been working so hard to accomplish. I highly recommend you give it a shot, at the least to meet Jess and David.

We are probably a good fit for you if some of these are true: You have been prioritizing everything else in your life before yourself. Healthcare solutions have left you unsatisfied. You don’t know where to start. You’re afraid of getting hurt. You want to be a better example for your kids.
At LIFT Training we don't work off long term contracts. We build and guide you through your plan that we have custom built for you. This journey you are looking to embark on is about creating a lifestyle that you don't ever have to say "no" to. We have members that are with us for years because they love it hear and others that are looking to solve a specific problem and get back to what they love doing. Your journey with us won't be forever and that's what why we educate you along the way.
A question that often get and is followed up with, it depends on what we find out in our initial consultation and discovery phase. Your membership will be built with where you've been, where you are now, and where you want to go. That is different for everyone. We provide solutions.
We do not offer free trials. We want to get to know you, your fitness history, any injuries or limitations that could affect the way you move before we put you into a group setting. Each client starts working 1-on-1 with a coach before ascending into our group session environment.
We do offer group sessions, however these are individualized and not your typical “follow along” or “group exercise class”. We believe that you are unique and your journey and workout programming should be, too. Every client that comes to LIFT starts with personal training to develop confidence and competence in their movement before moving into our group sessions, which we call our Ascend Membership. There, your coach will program workouts for you based on your goals and needs and you’ll perform them with a group of other LIFT members crushing their own goals.
